Q. Can I Buy A Warranty From Your Website?
 A. No, Plans can only be purchased thru the authorized reseller of an item we cover. In most cases an item is purchased online, then you will get an email invitation offering a plan you can purchase. This is the time you can purchase that plan. 

Q. I would like to add a policy to an item I have, but did not get an invitations from the store I bought it from. Is there a way I can add a plan?
 A. No, you can only add a plan to items where you got an email invitations from the store you bought it from. 

 

Q. Can I extend my protection plan?
 A. Yes, Once you have a current protection plan you can extend as many times as you like. You have 30 days to extend your current plan after it expires. After this time, you will no longer be able to purchase any plans on that item. 

 

Q. When can I buy my protection plan?
 A. You can buy your protection plan during anytime of the full factory warranty is valid, or if you have a current Watchtower Warranty plan in place.

 

Q. Will you remind me when I can purchase a plan?

 A. Yes. Since we work close with our authorized resellers and manufactures they will tend to contact you  :

- When you make your purchase

- When your factory warranty is about to expire

- When you your Watchtower Warranty is about to expire. 

- When your window to purchase a Watchtower Warranty is going to expire. 

 

Q. Are invitations only sent by email? Do you ever send them by mail?
 A. invitations are only sent by email. We will never mail you an invitations.

 

Q. Do you offer plans with no deductible?
 A. Yes, You can get plans with no deductible.  

Q. Can I buy a plan when I lost the intro email?
 A. Sorry, The email link is required to purchase your plan.  

Q. I sold my item can I transfer the warranty?
 A. Yes, Many plans allow you to transfer the warranty. Just contact us and we can provide you more details to register the transfer.  

Q. I dropped my iPhone and broke my screen. Is it covered?
 A. Yes, Screen damage is covered for all iPhones and has no deductible. 

Q. Can you send me a replacement iPhone?
 A. Yes, When you open a claim for an iPhone we will send you a replacement right away so you will not be without a phone. You will use the replacement box to send in your damage phone. 

Q. Is there a cost to send in, or open up a claim on my phone?

 A. There is no cost to open up a claim, or send in your phone.
